Lee Hubber Director

Lee Hubber founded I&G Pty Ltd in 1994 to represent ethnic and community radio for national advertising sales. A professional production service soon followed.

In 2005 the representation side of the business was re-launched as Spots & Space, with a single focus on sales and service. Since this time, the portfolio of quality media represented has grown, along with our ability to service our client base.

Before launching Spots & Space, Lee was national sales manager for SBS Radio and prior that led community broadcasting’s national sponsorship scheme.

As an expert in multicultural, Indigenous and community broadcasting, Lee is often asked to speak at events.

Kim Le Financial Controller

Kim is the indispensible anchor of our administration team and is responsible for client invoicing, media payments and campaign confirmation. Kim possesses the ultimate combination of strengths for her job – a business degree and fanatical attention to detail. Kim makes it all happen from booking to getting you paid.

When not working for Spots & Space, Kim is busy with her beautiful young family.

Sara Ocepek General Manager, Sales & Marketing 

Sara brings a wealth of expertise in business development to her role at Spots & Space. With a successful background in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry, she excelled as a national account manager for an international importer, demonstrating her strategic thinking and understanding of client needs. Additionally, Sara’s experience at a multi-language community radio, 2000FM in Sydney showcased her exceptional communication skills and fluency in five languages.  This unique combination of multicultural expertise and business acumen makes Sara a valuable asset for clients aiming to connect with diverse communities, as she brings the skills needed to effectively reach and engage multicultural audiences.  She is currently on Maternity Leave and we look forward to having her back. 

Celia Donovan Marketing Projects

Celia works on a marketing and projects basis for Spots & Space.  She is very keen to hear about your station news, events and Outside Broadcasts.  Celia also builds station profiles, including any audience survey data and programming changes.  That way, Spots & Space can promote your successes and put unique opportunities forward to clients.
